I wonder if I can come to here for advice on what to do regarding someone selling products but never receiving them.
a few months ago I was scrolling Instagram and saw an advert for gorgeous Disneyland inspired hair bows. My niece is a huge Disney princess fan so I decided to click on the ad. It was an insta account with 21k followers and a website. I ordered a few bits for her. Said a 2 week turn around due to being handmade. Fine by me! 3 weeks later they didn’t arrive. I messaged enquiring and was ignored. A week later she posted a q box on her stories asking if anyone had any qs. I asked again. I was ignored. This went on for a few more weeks until I started commenting on her pictures asking where my things were. The comments were instantly deleted.
I researched her an on fb she commonly was on Disney sites as not posting the items and ignoring people. Some people received their items, some people didn’t. I’ve seen lots of comments on her account and they quickly get deleted. Someone else made a post about her, I messaged them and they said they reported to trading standards but she wasn’t a proper company.
what can be done?! If anything
