To feel a bit sick when looking at certain celebs?

I have a weird thing where certain people make me feel physically sick/Uneasy. It’s mainly celebrities or people in the public eye.

One example is Jeremy Corbyn. Nothing to do with his politics - it’s something about him.

My latest one is Danny Dyer - especially with a moustache.

Anyone else get this?

Kevin McLeod makes me feel unsettled. It's his shifty, darting eyes.

I don't experience this phenomenon but think it's fascinating. Do the people who get this think they have a more-than-usual disgust reaction in the rest of their life?

Cliff Richard really makes me shudder.

Matthew McConaughey. Shudder.

That's interesting. Didn't know that about his teeth - they are too big and grimacy. But also he is the spitting image of a man I used to know who was a real bully and misogynist and when I see him it reminds me of that man and how every one used to fawn over him and girls fell at his feet when he was so unpleasant and arrogant.

More Keir Starmer bashing. I’d rather bump into him on a cold dark night than BoJo, a man over celebrated in this country despite his open lies and cheating on his wife while in public office. The majority of the Covid era front benches make me sick.

Damian Hurley gives me the creeps.

Any female with pumped up lips and immovable features due to too much poison pumped into their face e.g. the woman who plays the mechanic on coronation street.
With blokes it’s mostly Trump who makes me vomit!

You've reminded me Noel Fielding has that effect on me too. Totally creeps me out even though I've never heard anyone say a bad word about him. It's not that aggressive macho vibe I usually hate so I don't know what it is. He just seems so entirely fake, I can't read him.

Nigel Farage but it probably is also to do with his political views 😆 but there’s something about the way he looks too just slimy.

Farage & Trump - totally agree.

The one for me that no one ever seems to understand is David Jason. I find him ultra creepy. Maybe it’s the way he played Pa Larkin as such a slobbery leery old man but I think I had the same reaction to him in Open All Hours when I was young.

This isn’t about politics 🙄 Starmer looks like a robot. Kryten from Red Dwarf. Doesn’t make me feel sick though, I just don’t like the bloke

I find TV really hard to watch this last few years. I just don't enjoy TV anymore.

Another vote for celebs that have gone down the filler route - just looks awful! So many people seem to be doing this, coupled with bright orange or incredibly dark mahogany fake tan & all the rest.

Agreeing with so many of these! BUT there are also people I encounter in real life that make me feel the same way so it’s not exclusive to celebs. Some people are just creepy/icky/give horrible vibes!
