To ask what made you remove someone from a bridal party?

Interested to know... I am in a bridal party for an upcoming wedding and one member was astonishingly nuts until the very lovely bride had to tell her she's no longer a bridesmaid. Who else has experienced this? What happened? I'm intrigued!
