I could do with some focus and structure to calorie counting (and accountability) so am looking at Team RH. Does anyone know if the weights/exercise sessions are on the app or do you have to plan them yourself e.g. gym or YouTube? If there are structured weights sessions on the app it seems worth it, if not is it not just like mfp or nutracheck? I already have Nutracheck but need the accountability or I just don’t bother tracking if I’ve overeaten. AIBU to think it must be more than just a tracking app? Posting here for traffic, posted in weight loss but no response. Tia

Google 'mumsnet Team RH'. Give the top threads a good read and then back slowly away from the whole idea.

I had a look but all I could see were threads about being sent letters demanding payment. I know it’s a 12 month contract so accept I’d have to pay for the year. I’m more interested in whether the exercise videos are included or if it’s just a tracking app, which I already have

From what I've read, most posters complained that they felt it wasn't worth the money. However, I've not used it myself so would struggle to say what you actually get for the fee. Hopefully someone more informed will come along soon to answer your question 😊
