To worry about toxoplasmosis cases- ate undercooked pork

Really concerned!! I’m 18w pregnant.
It was in a restaurant in Italy (Zuma) and it was dinner, outdoors, a little dark. I ate maybe 2-3 mouthfuls before noticing that it was undercooked. Not completely raw but maybe medium if it was a steak?
How high are my risks of toxoplasmosis? Anyone had a similar experience? This was about a week ago.

Oh gosh, yes. In Spain, years ago now, when I was about 14 weeks pregnant with DC1. I was worried silly so went to my GP when I got back. He actually laughed at me (not good) but reassured me that everything would be fine and the chances of anything going wrong were minimal. Apparently, most of us are immune to toxoplasmosis anyway these days. There can be risks associated with changing cat litter and handling farm animals, but not with eating undercooked pork in developed countries. He was right; the pregnancy continued without a hitch, DS is now a strapping adult and has always been perfectly healthy. Honestly, try not to worry.

I think it’s rarer than people think. I’ve had cats my entire life and love a rare steak but when I was tested during pregnancy (routine where I was living at the time) apparently I’ve never had it. Also I’ve never looked it up for pork but with lamb at least the temp that kills off toko is actually lower than what’s needed for a medium rare cook.
