I could eat the whole fridge the day before my period. I get the hormonal sugar cravings, followed by a massive migraine.... Except sugar cravings are also a migraine precursor for me so I usually end up with an obscene amount of sugar that day.
And yet I NEVER learn, because I should take a triptan when those sugar cravings kick in, yet I always seem to miss the cue.... 🤷🏼♀️
