Empty sac

I had an internal scan today 6 +2 weeks. All they could find was a gestational sac. I’ve had no bleeding but two lots of sharp cramps, which only lasted 5 mins at a time. I’m really worried something is wrong! Has anyone had good outcomes? I’m really worried.

I am having bloods again after 48 hours to see if HCG is doubling. Just a waiting game!

Happened to me and was earlier than I should have been based on dates but baby was there at the next scan

I'd try lots of meditation and whatever you can do to relax. It is just a waiting game. Good luck.
