To wear a bra all the time (including to sleep)?

Since I had DD6 my boobs have got bigger. I really hate the feeling of not wearing a bra. I feel so much more secure and supported with a bra on so wear it 24/7. Is this a bad idea? I read so many comments of women saying how much they enjoy relaxing and taking their bra off, but really can’t understand it.

Do what you want

I often wear a bra in bed.

A lot of people hate bras but I hate not wearing one. Don't have particularly huge boobs but I feel a bit untethered and floppy without them.

Bravissimo do supportive pyjama tops that are a nice compromise for sleeping in.

I wear mine most of the time including to bed - is it comfortable?

Not really, but nor is sleeping without one for me (38H). That being said I’ve started to invest in nightwear that has built in support (e.g. from Bravissimo)

I was going to suggest this.

I wear a bra all the time. This is since having my children. I think it’s something to do with sensory issue caused by bf the babies. I can’t bear fabric shifting around on my boobs it’s unbearable. Bras stay still.

What about one of the T-shirt ones (I don’t know what they’re called) so it’s not got straps that are tight? I mean the unwired, pull over your head types.

I’ve found these to be really supportive and comfortable for sleeping in: lovall.com/products/lightweight-everyday-tank-top-espresso-brown

I have medium sized boobs, not tiny and not massive. I’ve never found a bra uncomfortable nor needed to remove it the minute I get through the door.
I’ve slept in mine plenty of times although generally sleep naked because I prefer it. Due to the amount of movement I make during the night I have often caught my tit under an arm and cursed not wearing a bra, it keeps them out of the way!
Keep wearing them at bed if you’re comfortable, I find it totally fine.

I bought a 3 pack of the UtopyaUK comfort bra from Amazon. £12. Really soft and comfortable, wash well. Suitable for wearing around the house and in bed.

I hate wearing anything in bed in the summer and prefer to feel unencumbered. One of my friends wears pants in bed - even under pyjamas in winter - because she doesn't feel right without them. I think it's healthier to get some airing!
