Didn't work for me. I tried it ages ago. Listened every day, I basically paid a lot of money for a nice nap each day.

I did lose some weight while listening to it but I’m not sure if that was why. It’s a bit odd - it really needs an upgrade and a decent app - the videos are very dated and the whole thing feels a bit - I don’t know how to describe it. Just not very appealing or selling itself very well. The man’s voice really started to annoy me after a while too!
