We both had a day off today.
What I did :
Stripped the bed
Put new bedding on
Washed bedding
Washed rest of laundry pile
Put dry washing away
Ran the dishwasher
Emptied the dishwasher
Cleaned all sinks and loos
Hoovered the whole house
Did Asda on line shop for elderly Dad
Put glass bottles in car for recycling
Emptied paper, plastic and food bins
Did an Aldi shop for the week
Put all food shop away
Collected my prescription
Parcelled up his Vintage sales and dropped at locker
Put dinner in oven
What he did:
Played games
Dumped bottles
Dished up dinner, to give me half an hours rest in the garden (he left it too long and burnt it)
FFS
The reason I let him away with it, is because despite earning similar my job is easy peasy and his is life or death and he’s knackered, but still!!
