Macros counting is giving me food anxiety

So I’m just trying to up my protein and fibre (so nothing crazy) but having to log everything just makes me think MORE about food and it’s almost counterproductive.

i know upping my protein has been great for my performance but I really want to stop counting.

So stop!
The only thing I track, after a 4 stone weight loss, is my calories to check I don’t go too mad and end up increasing weight again.
I don’t worry if my carbs are a bit high one day or my protein / fibre are a bit low another day.
If you’ve tracked enough to improve your performance then you already know what you are doing, so keep eating as you are and don’t stress about the numbers. Give yourself permission to let it go!

I don’t even count calories (never have!) but tracking has definitely made me think about my next meal non stop. And yes it looks like I definitely need a protein drink every day and the rest kind of varies. My fiber is just really hard to get to it

Stick some chia seeds in your protein drink, they are high in fibre. Just knock it back quickly before they swell.
a cup of raspberries has 8g of fibre.
Quinoa is high in fibre, and protein. You can add it to soups, casseroles of cook it and have cold quinoa on a salad.
