Refund for beauty treatments not taken ....

I bought and paid for a course of 6 laser hair treatments in a national clinic (franchise model)

The first treatment was awful - unhygienic clinic and the therapist did not show reasonable care and skill. I know a bit about laser hair removal, and I know that some of the things they did were not acceptable.

I am OK with paying for that one treament, but there is no way I feel comfortable about going back there for the other 5.

Would I be able to argue for a refund for the 5 unused. They are currently stating 'no refunds' and I have read online they are notoriously difficult to deal with and get any accountability or come back?

Any law I can look to? Consumer Rights Act seems to talk about wanting a refund for a treatment you have already had, but I'm not sure about a course of treaments part unused.......?

Is there a professional body you can report them to or the council on H&S grounds?

Do they have a complaints process, have you asked HO for one?

Updating - I spoke to citizens advice.

I am in contract with the clinic, and unless I can prove they have substantially breached its terms, I won't be refunded. As clinic policy clearly states no refunds.
