Obviously there are dodgy ones out there who reduce the price right at the last minute and I do want to avoid that..
I own my home and I'm looking to get it sold quickly for convenience, and to avoid the hassle of buyers pulling out last minute which I know there is no law against.

I know I won't get the full market value but I'll also lose the estate agent, solicitor fees and so on.
Just wondered if anyone has tried this and if it worked out for them?

Following this, as I need to offload my late mum's rental property soon, and after a painful 18 months of dealing with her legal stuff, I just want it done easily.

We used Goodmove, same as webuyanyhouse. The process was easy, they waited until we were ready and allowed us to stay for a week after completion which helped BUT they knocked their offer down by £20,000.
We were annoyed but were desperate to buy the park home we wanted so agreed the sale. We were eventually ok with the price because we ended up with £100,000 mire than we originally paid.
Karma bit them in the bum though because they couldn't sell it and it went to auction.
I think overall we were happy because we got enough to move on.
