good luck....I hated hated hated selling and moving, and keeping house clean all the time.

Yes and no, on advice from here we are looking at Broadstone but the houses we can afford there although an OK size are 1950s boxes which remind me of my mum's which I hate.

I am thinking if you want St Marys still, you are best renting first as nearby as poss and hope that the prices drop further so you can get 'better for your money' IYGWIM, in the area you then find you like once here.

Not far from grange park, Just the other side of the plymouth rd round about. Its a nice street but the house needs a lot of modernisation that we cant afford right now.

Moving to Barnsley with DH's job and we can get an immaculate house for what we bought this for, and we got ours cheap from DH's nanny. Means we can unlock the equity without having to re-mortgage!!
