To think hustle culture just replaced religion as a way to keep people obedient and overworked?

No day of rest, just productivity guilt and toxic positivity.

What is hustle culture?

If you want a 9-5 job there are plenty around.

I'm not sure it's replacing religion. What is keeping is quiet and compliant is tech use, smart phones, computer games, etc.
I agree that hustle culture is extremely damaging though. People should be able to live a decent life on the wage from one (full time) job.

I don’t consider my religious beliefs to be toxic positivity or guilt laden. They provide me with a positive moral compass and values for my life and have helped me maintain my marriage to a wonderful man.
There have been a number of times in my life when prayers on serious matters have been answered in a wonderful way that I could never have imagined
It’s very bad that we live in a culture that doesn’t allow hard working people a decent standard of living. That we have a very materialistic culture and that marriage isn’t encouraged more and ppl are not given support when going into and when sustaining marriage.
Houses are too expensive.
ppl are tough more material items will make them happier
That’s some the many issues.
