step on the scales and you have gained 3/4 stone!!!!! Seriously need to sort my sh’t out :(

If you mean 3/4 of a stone, then yes. If you mean 3 or 4 stone, then no. I'm more in the former category at the moment, so am back on the myfitnesspal. Bah.
