How late should my fifteen year old be talking in the phone to his friends?

im out of touch and mobiles weren’t invented when I was that age. (Yes I’m old)

I was getting up to stuff I’d rather he not know about tbh. So where do I draw the line.

it’s summer break so I’m ok to be more lenient but there should still be a line, for his sake and that of his friends surely.

It's unusual he actually wants to talk to them rather than text.

But how late would you say is acceptable?

I mean what time would you like him to be getting to sleep by?

It’s not even about settling down to sleep. It’s just talking to friends on the phone after say 23:00

it’s probably me being over protective it I’d rather be that and him safe etc.
