2 Generations of family laugh at & despise welfare state & taxes while all having big families as single mums living with fathers.

I support the welfare state and know people at times have to do cash in hand work and/or not declare their babies fathers are living with them while they are looking for work due to various reasons and hardships like the ridiculously high rents and house prices combined with the low wage that too many employers pay. So please don't think this is another single mum on benefits bashing thread, its not. I am specifically angry at a few families me and my parents know that actually despises the welfare state and really hate paying taxes, always saying they pay too much while receiving every privilege and benefit possible from it. And one family in particular that make my blood boil. The people I am thinking of all seem to know each other and are in the same social circles & friendship groups. They all openly criticise people on benefits and some of them (with this one family especially) make fun of people paying high rents or mortgages while they live on the same street/new build housing estate and pay nothing. And they hate to see other people whether it be a person or family struggling and down on their luck or people with mental health or drug issues or immigrants receiving benefits and the and the same help they do. They say things like 'I'm paying for them' (as there boyfriends work on and off cards and hate the amount of tax they think they are paying) or 'how did they get that, I should have' if they hear of someone getting a bigger social housing flat that they are hoping to get. They always criticise the labour party, the tax system and the welfare state and its regulations and even went to vote last year for the first time ever i think because they didn't want labour giving benefits and house to refugees no matter how unfortunate their circumstances. Now some of these are fair concerns but some are just jealous comments from mean, mean minded and greedy, selfish people, which they are. One family in particular brought up their children pretending the working father (on a good wage) wasnt living with there mum to claim free rent, benefit and nursery places and 3 out of their 4 children are doing exactly the same. They have all had 3 or 4 children and are all saying they are single mums to claim benefits and free nursery while living with fathers who all work and 2 of them also earn good money, one is on a very good wage. This really does make my blood boil especially as i know people who support the welfare state but werent able to have children because they couldnt afford them.
I am so angry that I did something I never dreamt I would do, snitching, and reported them. Nothing came of it, it was a long while ago, don't know if they were investigated but they have been before and nothing came of that either. On one visit by dwp staff they passed off there boyfriend as a cousin and dined out on that story for months.
So I am asking. Am I? But also if anyone knows how I can get my complaint taking seriously?

Hire a private eye to gather evidence. Hand over said evidence.
Stop pretending to be friends with these people.
