Hi, I had a delivery ordered for 4-5pm today, arrived at 4pm, couple of substitutes not any good so sent them back.
Gone to the website to request a refund on two items that were out of date today, and it’s showing as order cancelled, and I have just received a text message and email saying the same.
I can’t check bank to see if payment has gone through as it’s on husband’s card/bank and he’s away this evening, but want to know more than anything if the items sent back will be refunded if the order has apparently been cancelled, will I still be charged for everything, or just the items I received?
i’ve tried contacting Asda but no luck speaking to anyone yet
