Any positive stories? Starting it next month and nervous I'm going to be spotting on and off for months! Anyway made the switch recently from combined pill to Qlaira?

I did a few years ago, it was fine for a few years and stopped the flooding in my 40s which was main symptom of perimenopause for me. I also was low in iron so maybe get that checked. It was great but then I started to get other symptoms like anxiety and night sweats and went on HRT.
