Noise every day, now party blowers at 8am!

There is a group of women here, who take a morning walk at 745am every day. There's a focal point around which there are many houses and apartments. They congregate at this point every morning, and for some reason I can't fathom, instead of talking they SHOUT. This includes Saturdays and Sundays. Yesterday, by 8am, they were blowing party horns for someone's birthday. AIBU for thinking this is inconsiderate to everyone who lives here? They are all retired, and can no doubt grab afternoon naps, something that all of us with jobs can't do. I also think that shouting at the weekend, at 745am is ridiculous.

I mean 7.45am-8am ish doesn’t seem a THAT bad.

Have you been out to have a word? They probably just get overexcited at the socialising. Sounds like a nice activity for them.

I’d go out one morning and say something. Do it cheerily but firmly. They no doubt don’t realise.

Party horns would be the final straw for me.

I also feel a bit jealous of them that they’re such a tight, regular group and that They have the motivation to be up and out like that. But that’s just me. I’d be annoyed if I were you as well - on the weekends at least.

at the weekend it is I think. Those of us up at 6am or earlier all week can feel entitled to a bit of a lie in surely?

In the week that’s fine but on the weekend it’s taking the piss. Go out and have a word with them.
