I'll start. 19, feels like autumn, grey sky,

Remeber it's meant to be summer but it does not look like that. There are 3 types of people, some like it, some hate it, some love it autumn but not summer.

What's your weather now and what are your thoughtd

West Midlands 18° pissing down. I fucking hate it. I wouldn't mind if there was some fresh air blowing in the windows buts it's just muggy as fuck 😡

MyPithyCat · 20/07/2025 14:33

And it's the school holidays aswell. When kids have been at school it's been sunny for ages and now they're off school it rains. Very strange

Liverpool. 20 degrees. Overcast, sticky and heavy. It’s been like this all week, raining on and off but not enough to clear the air. I hate it.

SakaPotatoes · 20/07/2025 14:39

Breezy and sunny on the south coast

Sahara123 · 20/07/2025 14:42

West Scotland. Some blue sky and clouds. Feels quite muggy , around 20 degrees but feels warmer. Sitting out in shorts, quite enjoying it as not too hot !

Plump82 · 20/07/2025 14:43

West Scotland, surprisingly sunny after the torrential rain yesterday. But very, very close!! A bit sweaty!!

Idontjetwashthefucker · 20/07/2025 14:47

Suburbs of south Manc, pissing it down, grey skies, currently 20°

Sahara123 · 20/07/2025 14:47

And now the sun is coming out properly, who says Scotland has terrible weather, it’s literally lovely!

MyPithyCat · 20/07/2025 14:50

I am in yorkshire. It is 19 degrees and it is raining. I am enjoying it for now as it is doing my garden good. I will get fed up if it constantly rains for the next 9 months though.

TabbyCatInAPoolofSunshine · 20/07/2025 15:13

I live in Germany. 30 degrees and sunny. Not school holidays for another week in our part of the country though (holidays are staggered to avoid overloading the motorways).

TabbyCatInAPoolofSunshine · 20/07/2025 15:14

Oh and yes, my kind of weather - I love spring and summer, anything up to 35°c is great - hotter is ok if I'm by a lake but not if I have to work!

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 20/07/2025 15:22

Torrential rain this morning, just eased off but still muggy, about 20 degrees but feels hotter. This time last week it was a lovely dry heat and 29 degrees, it felt cooler as the previous day has been 33!

speakingofart · 20/07/2025 15:38

Rain, cool and clear air in Warwickshire - absolutely fabulous after the last few weeks of awful heat and sticky muggy nights. Sorry to all the summer lovers but I am on the sofa under a blanket and loving it!

R0ckandHardPlace · 20/07/2025 16:33

Hooray!!! It’s finally thundering and lightning and battering down. It’s been sorely needed.

Very jealous! I miss German summers so much!!

lazyarse123 · 20/07/2025 16:40

Yorkshire 20 degrees absolutely siling it down. The grass is loving it and so am I it's bliss to finally feel comfortable.
We live in a park home and I've noticed that the gutters are overflowing so obviously they need cleaning out.
Dh is not thrilled he has a small shed that he does woodwork in and because we live on a bit of a slope the water has been running into his shed because it's not soaking into the ground and he's spent 30 minutes mopping it out. Oh well keeps him out of my way.

BethBynnag86 · 20/07/2025 16:42

Liverpool.20 deg.and the thunder has just started.I'm looking forward to it maybe being a little fresher after the storm.

Heavens have just opened with thunderstorms so hopefully will help.

Been horrible weather to walk in.

West of Scotland. Has been warm and muggy all day. So I hung out a washing. Turned my back for 2 minutes and now it's torrential rain. Washing soaked through. But still muggy.

I'm so jealous! It's still muggy and close here. Haven't had a good thunderstorm for a few years at least😒

Magnir · 20/07/2025 16:51

Northamptonshire, about 21c, showers, though is getting sunny now so may get some washing out this evening. I like sunny weather about 20c to 24c

JohnTheRevelator · 20/07/2025 16:52

I'm in West London,it's 22 degrees at the moment, with a strong breeze and intermittent sunshine. Suits me fine. Warm enough to not have to wear a coat or cardigan but not to damn hot, like it was on Friday just gone,30 degrees. I really do not enjoy anything over 24 degrees.

TheDandyLion · 20/07/2025 16:53

Thunderstorm and it threw it down 10 minutes ago. Now it's lovely sunshine and the ice cream man is doing his rounds. The usual summer weather.

trainedopossum · 20/07/2025 16:55

I’m visiting my mum in New Jersey. It was 39 on Wednesday! Beautiful today, warm and sunny, meant to be 29. Humid natch 😓
ETA I’m not sure if it’s my kind of weather. I don’t love the heat and I’m no good in the sun, I have to be so careful about burning. But I haven’t been here in the summer in a while and it is very summery. We used to come with my grandparents when I was little (50 years ago) so it’s a very nostalgic experience.
