Any Recruitment Consultants out there what’s your salary?

I’m a manager within a recruitment firm earning a 45k base plus 4k car plus probably an extra 20k a year in bonuses.

I have 15+ years experience and my team are hitting every single target and we are doing very very well.

I feel like my base is too low and that at my age and experience level I should be on at least 50k base. I hear of Consultants in other agencies earning this and more and they don’t have any direct reports.

Can anyone give me an idea as to whether I’m way off the mark please before I have a pay rise conversation?

I'd say it depends on where you are in the country. I'm in South West and I'd say your salary is about right but for a city it's low.
