Non mol dismissed! Help

My non molestation order was dismissed and discharged, my solicitor and I were not notified. Ex attended, but the court made the mistake by not informing me or solicitor of the date of hearing. Anyone been through this?

Your solicitor will know what to do. If it's a court error I would hope that they will unravel it and re-list.
