I’m not proud of it. Why would I be proud of it? It’s not any kind of achievement. I’m just not going to pretend to be ashamed of it. I don’t have some kind of moral objection to podcasts or Spotify (although having seen it at my friend’s, that seems a bit of a faff). I’m not bragging about not using any of it. I don’t have a digital radio because they cost a bloody fortune. I’d love a swish modern car with a fancy radio (which I would definitely use) but sadly, that’s smack bang out of reach too. I don’t see the point of spending money on a smart speaker or faffing about creating a play list when it takes me 4 seconds to insert a cd I love and press play. I’m not at all opposed to modern technology, but only if it makes things more convenient for me.

What’s weird is your refusal to accept that people might do anything differently from how you do it. You’re oddly rigid in your way of thinking. Are you not learning anything positive from this thread?

Life is too short. We always want what others have. I have brown eyes but absolutely love green eyes. I'd rather be top heavy but I'm not im more bottom heavy & smaller top half. Embrace you!
