Can anyone else not cope with this heat

It is not hot.

If you’ve got a hot water bottle fill it with cold water and stick it up your top. Try and have a cross breeze in the house, have a lukewarm shower and drink plenty of cool drinks.

I am struggling with a nasty hip injury / condition and the hot days make the pain a lot worse. Cuddling ice packs and coping is my only option.

It was 32 degrees in our office on Friday, glad to hear it’s cooling down tomorrow.
I’ve not been out of the house all weekend because it’s so hot, it was only 27 degrees indoors but 34 outside!

It's absolutely boiling, stifling and humid where I am. Really impossible to do anything in. So YES, it IS extremely hot.

Hating every second. Menopausal hot flushes are not helping!

As it’s about the 15th thread I’ve seen today in the same vein I’d guess that no, you’re not the only person in the world who struggles with hot weather.

I don't like it either.
