That Prince William should just bite the bullet and get that hair transplant

I get the feeling he’d love one. He looked so handy with hair. Being the future King probably precludes him from getting one as it’s seen as trivial etc but I reckon he secretly wants one.

Do they do royal tours of Turkey?

Why would he do that.

It's like people telling me I need to dye my hair. I don't, fuck off.

BriefHug · 13/07/2025 23:36

YABU - he looks fine. And I think it sends a strong positive message to other young(ish) men who lose their hair sooner than they'd maybe like.

DiscoBob · 13/07/2025 23:38

The only thing he could do is a syrup. Aka a hair system at this stage. His recession is too much to transplant successfully.
And it would look daft to suddenly have hair. I think he should just shave it to a number one and stick with the beard. He looks good with a beard.

“…..for a scalp reduction “
oh, I snorted!!! 😂😂😂

I have read the that US man has had it done.

BriefHug · 13/07/2025 23:48

It's more of a poser with regard to Harry, though. What to do with his bald spot? Will Netflix insist on a bit of discreet tonsorial intervention, if they're going to funnel more cash his way? Or maybe Meghan will launch a range of homespun beanie hats.

namechangetheworld · 13/07/2025 19:55

Not much different than the future Queen having hair extensions really.

I don’t think she does. I think she just has good hair, like her whole family. My Mum’s hair is like hers. She’s in her 70s now. It’s still thick, glossy and mostly chestnut brown with a smattering of grey. My hair is much blonder, but also thick and grows really fast. I get complemented in my hair all the time, asked what shampoo I use, if I have extensions etc. I use whatever cheap shampoo is on special offer and I don’t use anything else. I just have naturally good hair, which makes up for other weaknesses (bony feet that look terrible in sandals, etc).

OonaStubbs · 13/07/2025 23:50

If William and Harry both shaved their heads they would look like Phil and Grant Mitchell.

Isitreallysohard · 13/07/2025 23:51

He needs to shave it all off then it will look OK. He should probably get a nose job too. He was so handsome when he was younger, I don't know what happened to him! Unfortunately the royal genes took over 😕

SnowFrogJelly · 13/07/2025 23:59

Harsh

abracadabra1980 · 14/07/2025 00:05

Shaves hair and a beard is a cool look. He looks so much more modern with facial hair. I work on the hair and beauty industry and despair of the Royals and their complete inability to look cool. I can’t stand Meghan but she looked the trendiest (brown mushroom outfit excepted) of them all when she first started her social climbing career. She loves to show off her shoulders and that look really suits her. Kate looks better in casual country attire rather than floaty mumsy dresses, but Beatrice …. dear God, there’s no hope.

NameinVane · 14/07/2025 00:36

I admire the acceptance of baldness, think the addition of a beard is a good look. Absolutely nothing wrong with his nose either. Also think Beatrice looks beautiful and her styling has been fabulous for a good few years now.

Really think posters who feel they can comment on other peoples looks need to include a recent photo of themselves as standard.

AiryFairyLights · 14/07/2025 08:39

….floaty mumsy dresses, but Beatrice …. dear God, there’s no hope.

Is there any need to be nasty? 🙄

i do wonder after this thread, how a new thread would be received discussing if Queen Camilla should get a facelift or Kate should get a boob job?!?!?!

🙄🙄🙄

NeedToKnow101 · 14/07/2025 12:23

No he should just shave it all off.

Lyraloo · 14/07/2025 17:53

Mind your own business, yes you are being totally unreasonable! It’s personal choice what people do cosmetically and I can only imagine the fall out if he went ahead and had a totally unnecessary procedure when so many people are on waiting lists for vital surgery!

CremeEggThief · 14/07/2025 17:55

YABU, rude and shallow.

Comedycook · 14/07/2025 17:58

He can't have a hair transplant because the pressure would go wild. He looks fine. Mean thread and I'm not even a huge royal fan.

TempestTost · 13/07/2025 23:15

Why would he do that.

It's like people telling me I need to dye my hair. I don't, fuck off.

Some people used to say that to my cousin's husband, because he went grey at 35-ish. 'You NEED to dye your hair,' and 'you're too YOUNG to have grey hair!' Funnily enough he was happy with how he looked - and so was his wife! Who knew? Hmm They got so pissed off with it. (Him and his wie.) How fucking rude! Who do some people think they are? Hmm

I know a couple of people who are very pale skinned, and every summer, they get shit thrown at them about how pale and white they are, how they look like Caspar the ghost, and they NEEEEEEEEEED to get a tan. 'If you can't tan, get a spray tan.' Hmm Absolute fucking arseholes. How fucking dare people comment on peoples appearance like this, when it comes to things that are natural to them?

As has been said this thread is vile.

whitewineandsun · 13/07/2025 16:37

It would be ridiculous to do it now. The press would eat him alive.

completely disagree. it would shows a lot of balls. hair transplants are so good now that they are imperceptible and the news story would get old pretty fast (why not make yourself look better?); not to mention would be a good advertisement for the successful nature of a solution to a problem for many bepenised types. Leo Kearse recently had one, refused to hide away and actually presented a TV show with the inflammation from the recent procedure very prominent. I suspect these procedures don't look as good over time; definitely so when carried out while the protagonist still has hair on top. But the prince is hardly going to be short on cash for a top-up procedure 👌🏾

girlmeetsboy · 14/07/2025 18:08

I work for a hair transplant clinic and he's too far gone, there is no donor area left and the result would be really sparse, I think he looks great!

Lollipopsicle · 14/07/2025 18:10

What a nasty post. Can imagine the uproar if a bloke came on here suggesting a woman should do something to improve her looks. Shame on you OP, and all those who on here who agree with you!

Piknik · 14/07/2025 18:10

Silky brunette?

That Prince William should just bite the bullet and get that hair transplant
AllTheWatersTurnedToClouds · 14/07/2025 18:14

I've always been really glad that DH didn't give a shit that he went bald. We just shaved it off and got on with it.

Wills looks better now than he has in years - the beard is great on him

muddymommy · 14/07/2025 18:15

I'm not sure why you think you have any right to comment on anybody for their appearance?
Maybe share a photo of yourself so we can all comment on your face, hair, body etc.
I'm sure you have some areas of your body or looks that you aren't totally in love with...how hurtful would it be to hear people commenting about it?
Personally I find bald men very attractive just as some people love a curvy figure and some people prefer an athletic body.
I do find shallow, superficial people unattractive, just saying.

FreddysFingers · 14/07/2025 18:17

Cr01ssant55 · 13/07/2025 16:38

I’d imagine having a wife fight cancer he appreciates a healthy body and what is important in life which a head full of hair isn’t. People age, so what.

This, 100%

Does he mind losing his hair? Very few men do. Funny thing that the family around them are so used to his looks I doubt they even notice his hair receding.

My GP's hair is receding, and I didn't even notice until it was pointed out. .
