That Prince William should just bite the bullet and get that hair transplant

I get the feeling he’d love one. He looked so handy with hair. Being the future King probably precludes him from getting one as it’s seen as trivial etc but I reckon he secretly wants one.

Do they do royal tours of Turkey?

I don't suppose he cares. Its not like he needs pretty privilege to open doors, attract his partner of choice and get the best of everything handed to him.

TheOriginalEmu · 13/07/2025 16:48

Maybe someone could castrate Andrew whist they’re about it.

Do they do that in Turkey too?

TequilaNights · 13/07/2025 17:46

Or maybe.. he is happy how he is!?

Teado · 13/07/2025 17:47

He used to look awkward and petulant when he was in his thirties, but he’s chilled now and the beard helps. He doesn’t need tweaks, he looks like a tall, fairly handsome middle-aged man which is exactly what he is. He’ll never look like he did in 2005 but none of us will.

steff13 · 13/07/2025 17:49

I think he should shave it and grow a beard. He'd look great.

FrodoBiggins · 13/07/2025 17:49

He looks quite hot here, maybe he should just get more hats

I think he's definitely missed the boat, and he'd certainly be viciously mocked. Which is a shame, I feel bad for guys who have to choose between balding and ridicule. I don't think women get such a hard time with surgery, unless they go completely mad with it. Though if Kate suddenly appeared with a DD cup there might be some comments.

Maybe if he'd done it when he first started thinning but he's so much in the public eye it would have been noticed. Plus I think there's regular periods when it needs redoing when he'd have to hide his hairline, though I'm not sure. But I always assume that's why some celeb men are suddenly very attached to baseball caps for a few weeks, and William could hardly do that when on formal duties. Besides, he looks fine and his wife doesn't seem to mind so I can't imagine he much cares. And he's setting an example to other guys that balding is nothing to be embarrassed about.

Applesonthelawn · 13/07/2025 17:54

A bit of hair loss on a bloke is nothing when he's tall, slim, fit, good looking - if anything I think he'd look less attractive.

Redlightbulb · 13/07/2025 17:55

I would say it’s too late for a hair transplant.
Maybe he went on meds / used Minoxidil in his youth but it didn’t work.
He is kind of stuck but I don’t think it looks too bad.

WhyamIinahandcartandwherearewegoing · 13/07/2025 17:58

Seriously? Actually thinking he’s looking the best he has done in years - I mean, the polo the other day 🥵

Vivienne1000 · 13/07/2025 17:58

I think his priority is his wife, children and the small matter of being our future. king. I think he looks great. I wonder if you posted your pic and asked for advice, you would welcome the same unkind comments?

Hot flushes 😄

Washingupdone · 13/07/2025 18:00

I don’t like beards, it hides facial expressions. He’s not too old for hair transplants, look on the web, you can see many famous men.
He could for a scalp reduction.

Redlightbulb · 13/07/2025 18:02

He’s not too old but too far gone

PopeJoan2 · 13/07/2025 18:03

I’ve just had a look and am not sure what you’re talking about. The man has never looked better. He looks cool in his sunnies and with that beard.

Slight derail: what a lovely life they have when working on a Sunday means a family trip to Wimbledon with prime seats for a centre court final.

Mistyglade · 13/07/2025 18:05

I quite like the way it is. I hate it when they shave it all off, leaving what he has left is endearing and quite sweet I think.

Namenamchange · 13/07/2025 18:10

Hang on, Catherine’s allowed hair extensions, so why not William, seems like double standards to me.

Middlemarch123 · 13/07/2025 18:11

He’s got a lovely bum, according to my DD who’s a Dr. She met him when he flew anir ambulance, and he did the change over to her. I like him stubbly. He was very handsome in his younger days with all that blond floppy hair. Thank goodness he inherited his mother’s looks.

Can’t imagine anything worse than having to sit through a tennis match on a nice Sunday afternoon

Hair plugs, fillers and Botox have got David Beckham out here looking like a melted candle that met a bale of hay.
Be careful what you wish for others.....

🤣🤣🤣

Ficklebricks · 13/07/2025 18:18

Perhaps OP will recognise how problematic this thread is if we reverse the genders?

Camilla should get a face lift.

Taylor Swift should get a BBL.

Lady Gaga should get a nose job.

Do you see the issue here? If not then I honestly don't know how to help you. 🙄

None of those things are comparable with replacing hair.

Edited

Well one involves plaiting or clipping hair onto your hair, the other is a painful invasive surgery involving cutting chunks of flesh out of your thighs or arse crack and sticking them into incisions in your head

More comparable would be Kate having a BBL (or William wearing a toupee)

pearcrumblee · 13/07/2025 18:22

He looks great, there is something very wholesome and attractive about the natural look.

If a man had suggested that women or the Princess should get a boob job as she ages there would be outrage.

cumbriaisbest · 13/07/2025 18:23

Charles is a fan of the comb over and curly bit at the back.
