I've woken up with what I'm fairly sure is an ear infection. Last had one 2 days before my wedding in 2021. This one is 2 days before we go on holiday!!

I've trawled my NHS app and this is what I was prescribed in 2021.

Gentamicin 0.3% / Hydrocortisone acetate 1% ear drops
Put 2 To 4 Drops Into The Affected Ear(s) Three To Four Times A Day And At Night
10 ml

The chance of getting a GP appointment before we fly on Tuesday is pretty much zero.

Does anyone know whether a pharmacist can prescribe this please?

I've had an ear infection on holiday before which resulted in a very expensive and painful hospital visit!

No the pharmacy first scheme only does ear infections up to the age of 18. So a pharmacist wont be able to prescribe for you.

Call 111 and ask for an out of hours go appointment today
