I am being driven quite, quite mad by the unwanted Security Delay feature in my iPhone.
For days now, on and off, I've been battling with it to no avail. I evidently have forgotten my Apple password (I just needed to download an app) but I can't reset password due to the 1 hour secure delay.
I wait the hour, get no notification, try to do it again, but it restarts another security delay.
I try to change password on Settings.. nope.. Security Delay.
i go onto Apple support i can't change the password because.. Security Delay.
i go onto my Settings to try to disable Security Delay.. but can't do so because, you guess it, Security Delay.
I never asked for this damn feature... I'd rather take my chances with the apparent potential hordes of thieves waiting to steal my information and life than grapple for one more hour with Security Delay.
Has anyone experienced and overcome this annoying bloody Apple bollox feature??
