😢To sweat so fucking much in this heat?

I sweat as soon as I move in this heat. I don’t mean a little bit, I mean sweat running down my face, neck, back, under my boobs, tops of my legs, backs of my knees, feet, every fucking where. I find it so embarrassing as I sweat quite a lot even in cooler temperatures, when I look around other people don’t seem to be sweating at all. I’m even on medication for excessive sweating but that seems to be doing fuck all 😢 It has been 33 degrees here today though.

How much do you sweat in this heat?

My granny always used baby powder all over. She lived her entire life in Florida. I’ve used it too and it really works.

Im the same OP. But im like that in winter too.. due to medication..
If l dont move im okay. I can lay on a lounger in the shade.. sit on the sofa.. lay on the bed.. as soon as l move.. it's like I've just got out of the shower... .. especially my hair.. it's like constantly wet.. l have to clip it back..
I only wear baked powder foundation on my face ( Louise Gellar) .. not liquid
. It would sweat off.
Michum Deodorant is only one that works.. in house l wear no underwear and just a cotton strappy dress.
Yet l love the sun.. great for my osteoarthritis and Fibromyalgia.

Even my shins sweat rivers 😭

The backs of my hands were sweating today. Not the palms, the actual bony bit!

I am the same, I have hyperhydrosis which I’m assuming you also have? I have only ever got a deodorant from the GP but didn’t like it. The only thing that works for me even just in winter is dryclor roll on deodorant, it does sting a little but my god my armpits do not sweat even in summer! I have seen on TikTok people actually use it on their face etc to stop sweating too but I haven’t tried it yet, I am tempted though

I have hypohidrosis which means I hardly sweat at all. It's horrible in this weather - I just get hotter and hotter. Tiny blisters all over my hands and feet that itch like hell. And no, I'm not Prince Andrew.

have any of you had a procedure done called Miradry? It destroys the sweat glands permanently under the arms?

I’ve never heard of that. Do you still sweat elsewhere?

Yes as it only targets your underarms, but if they are your main concern then it’s perfect. It is expensive though, approx £2,500 for the recommended 2 sessions but then it’s lifelong so much cheaper than underarm Botox in the long run.
