Any idea how to get Superdrug to listen?! I don’t think I’m being unreasonable!

I ordered two items from Superdrug. One item arrived damaged and the second hasn’t arrived at all. Both marked as delivered with them insisting they were in the package together. I contacted Superdrug to ask where the missing item is and to return the damaged item. They said this was sold by a seller from their marketplace so nothing to do with them?! I didn’t know this and can find no indication on my order that the is was sold by a marketplace seller. I’ve contacted the marketplace seller who said both were delivered and as the damage is superficial won’t accept a return. I don’t know where to go from here. I’m still missing an item and the item I bought as a gift has got ripped external packaging (the cardboard sleeve it’s in) and the palette is cracked inside.
has anyone successfully complained to Superdrug? If so who to? I only want a refund for the missing item and a way of returning the damaged one!

If you paid by card ask your bank to stop the payment, by raising a query on it.

I would do as other person said make a claim through your bank for items not delivered and item damaged

As above and take photographs.

If the money left your account as a payment to Superdrug it is their responsibility to resolve the issue. I would go back to them and say this. If they still refuse, contact your bank and they will raise a dispute for you.
