Why do many teens wear thick hoodies in hot weather

Get some that wear clothes to the weather. Yet more teens are wearing the same clothes all year round whether it’s 32F (0c) or 32c.

It was the same when I was a teen. Puffa jackets with those Adidas popper pants (tracksuit bottoms with press studs down the leg). In hot weather, the press studs were done up,

Gosh thank god we've moved on from that look 😩 to be fair even as a grown ass woman I can't seem to dress appropriately for the weather

The ones I know do it to hide self harm or pregnancies.

I think teen girls wear hoodies because they are self conscious of their developing chests.

To irritate their parents after spending their early years refusing to wear a warm layer they now refuse to take one off.
