Does anyone else have this mad sleep pattern?

Single mum, child to breakfast club for 7:30, start work at 8:30, finish work at 4:30, pick child up from childminder at 5, get home, child eats at 6, chill and nice time with child plus work around the house, child in bed by 8/8:30, child hopefully asleep by 9 but due to SEN, often not until 10 or later, laundry, admin, life stuff etc, bed by 11, often awake until 12, up again at 5:30/6 when child wakes up (functions on very little sleep), repeat, until exhausted and one night will fall asleep with child waking up to messy house and dishes in the sink. Cue starting all over again.

How do other single parents do it?

Does it really matter if the dishes aren't done or there's a bit of mess when the child wakes up?

No and my house is far from spotless. But as soon as I get behind that's it. The laundry piles up. Dishes pile up. I have really poor executive function and am awaiting adult ADHD and ASD assessments which I suspect has something to do with it. I'm just so tired.
