I was a bit short with a colleague on a teams call earlier - not rude, but it was necessary as he kept on ignoring what I had to say and talking over me.
My (female) manager was also on the call, she didn’t interject. However she asked me to call her after and asked me if it was my TOM as I was unusually snappy!!
We have a good relationship and I get on with her but is that not a bit of an outrageous question to ask one of your team?
