Is the collect in-store facility not available any more, it’s not coming up on the website? (Posting on AIBU for quick reply, thanks!)

I think it's because of the hacking problems they had. You have to order to your home instead.

Their systems are still not all back up and running since the cyber attack. I think they said it would be another few weeks.

Did you miss the news that they suffered a huge hack and closed online orders completely a few months ago, they are getting back to normal slowly.

I think they're still dealing with the fallout of getting hacked. Says on their website they hope to have it back in a fee weeks.
