Declaring medical conditions (pregnancy related)

We’re off on holiday shortly so trying to sort travel insurance. I’m being asked for medical conditions. As I understand I need to declare my gestational diabetes and pre-eclampsia I had in my pregnancies (oldest is 6 youngest is 3 months). However those conditions don’t come up. Do I not need to delclare them? Am I over thinking?

I don't actually know but I would think that as those conditions are things you can only have while pregnant, they are not relevant if you are not pregnant?

Declare everything because if you fall ill and make a claim they will go over your medical history with a fine tooth comb. Obviously they will be looking to find a way to get out of paying your claim. If you had to have hospital care, an operation, repatriation etc you could bankrupt yourself and lose your home just to pay a foreign hospital bill. It's not worth the risk. Unless you're rich.
