Limerance....

I wasn't sure where this belongs so have posted here for traffic.

I see a lot talking about limerance as opposed to true connections and wonder how one knows the difference.

I think limerance is based on fantasy, and either wholly or partly unreciprocated. It can feel like an illness, a fever. It passes.

Limerance is unhealthy and obsessive and not based on reality. True connecting in two way, grounded and doesn't disrupt your life.
