New to MN and hope you ladies can help. To cut a long story short been on hrt a few years. Estradot was good but then a shortage, gel doesn't seem to help much plus it takes ages to dry and other patch I tried isn't helping. Its the severe anxiety I cant cope with. It terrifies me. Saw Dr today and she put me on lenzetto spray, 3 sprays a day.
Please tell me success stories with this, perimenopause is unreal, no one prepares you for it. Ive went from a happy person to a wreck and feel I'll never get better. Im now 49 and know there's years left of this. Thank you all in advance x
