Hello!
Is anybody interested in doing a 75 days hard challenge with me?
My plan is to start on Friday, 4th of July.

What is it

KPPlumbing · 03/07/2025 05:52

I don't want to give up alcohol for 75 days, but I like the sound of thr rest of it.

Helena39 · 03/07/2025 09:50

I would do a personalised one. I would swap no alcohol for something else as I am not a big drinker anyway.

It was trending all over TikTok in January if you use the app.

randomchap · 03/07/2025 09:52

Sounds like a load of bollocks where he'll try to sell you shit.

Are you still doing this, OP?

I heard about it for the first time this morning, and have started doing it. To be honest, drinking that amount of water every day might be the hardest bit of it for me!

Hi, yes, still doing it and it is hard.
You are right about that amount of water but my skin looks fantastic because of it.
I am doing a sort of hard/soft version for of the original version.

I'm coming to the end of day 2. Still got 1litre of water to drink! The tap water in my house has a slightly unpleasant taste so I'm making pots of very weak green tea - which I'll drink hot or cold.

How many days have you done now?

ditavonteesed · 08/08/2025 08:03

I am currently doing my own version of this. 2 x 45 minute exercise, 2 litre of water, read 10 pages (any book), weekly progress pictures, my fitness plan 1500 calories, and I’ve added skin care in because I’m bad at it.

I don’t do it on work days as I work 12.5 hour days so those days just don’t count towards the 75.
currently on day 4.
did it last year and a managed about 30 days.

Helena39 · 08/08/2025 08:16

I am on day 33. Some days are harder, some easier.
I was severely dehydrated so for me drinking so much water was something my body needed very much.
The issue for me is having to go to the loo 20 times a day.
Hang in there! You are doing great!

Day 33 is brilliant - nearly half way there!

I don't think I've ever spent so much time in the loo, but looking forwards to seeing the benefits over time and as I settle into a routine with it.

Your customised approach sounds good. Is this a change you've made since the last time you did it?

ditavonteesed · 09/08/2025 19:29

I did it the original version last year. But I like my customised version, I’m aware it’s not really the point but still it goals.

Seeingadistance · 15/08/2025 23:11

Just about to finish day 10. Drinking all that water was just too much for me - I was having to plan my day around constantly running to the loo. Have decided to reduce from 3.5l to 2.5l per day, which will still be a lot more than I usually drink.

How's everyone else getting on?
