Missed tampon

Probably not. TSS is very rare. If you start to feel the symptoms of it/ill, go to A&E. Just make sure you don’t do it regularly!

No. It will be very obvious if you get toxic shock. Just be on the look out for a nasty temperature, feeling very sick, or a grotty discharge. You can always, of course, call 111 if you are worried.

If you have trouble remembering these things then you can set a reminder for yourself on your phone - might be worth doing, particularly towards the tail end of your period. Some people even have little timers in their bathroom for such things - particularly for night time tampons etc. I think I'd try the phone timer/alarm first though - much easier to deal with and you are more likely to have your phone with you.

No. Nothing to worry about at all. The chances of it making you unwell are almost non-existent so don’t give it a second thought.
