Social landlords must rehouse tenants away from seriously bad property.

How's this going to work? From what I can see there isn't enough social housing for the thousands on the queue locally and many people are in temporary housing already. Will people be moved from houses into hotel rooms?

Perhaps, but this is a good thing. A two year old died due to the council’s neglect. All social housing and landlords should help their tenants.
