I’m honestly exhausted. I know the NHS has always had its challenges but it feels like things have gone from “tough” to borderline unworkable. Staffing levels, burnout, bad management, lack of support, constantly shifting targets, it’s relentless.
Morale is through the floor and even the people who used to be diehard loyal are quietly looking for the exit. I know patients still need care but the NHS is bleeding staff. AIBU to say it’s no longer a job, it’s a sacrifice? And has anyone actually left and found better?
