Stubborn toddler

Hey guys just wondering would anyone have any advice or even related to this issue...my almost 2 year old won't sleep in his own cot, he has to sleep with me in the big bed, and also he won't go to sleep till like 10 pm. Any advice?

Is he still napping? My son also went to bed late at a similar age and in hindsight we should have shortened and then cut the nap sooner than we did

Reduce the nap.
Get a big kid bed and get them out of the cot. This was what helped both of mine, they were both in a single bed just after 1 years old and we practiced getting jn and out of the bed lots before they slept in it. Then we did naps in the bed, and eventually bedtime.
Look at bedtime routine (e.g bathtjme winds my kids up so either a quick shower or bathing ages before actual bedtime)- have you got the cues that bedtime is going to happen, the basics like lighting, do they need some noise (white noise, waves).
Is their room environment right? Thinking lights, temperature, other noises that could annoy them.
Spend time jn their bedroom playing during the day, this was another thjng that still helps mine and they are 3 and 6.
