Evri feedback emails

Thunderpants88 · 25/06/2025 08:24

These are DOING MY HEAD IN.

Is there any way in which to stop them repeatedly asking me for feedback?

Seriously infuriating. Believe me Evri, if there was an issue and you didn’t deliver my package I would let you know!

Anyone else get annoyed by this or do I need to just delete the emails and move along?

I think given the things that can and do go wrong and the attitude of some of the drivers I can understand why the delivery firms need to try and monitor what's going on.

Mind you if the delivery drivers weren't under so much time pressure and had better working conditions then a lot of the problems wouldn't arise in the first place

It’s a bloody horrible job! My Evri delivery guy is really good, so I always complete those emails and hope that there’s some benefit to him by me doing this.

Clitmandu · 25/06/2025 08:48

scroll to the bottom of the email and press unsubscribe.

Boredlass · 25/06/2025 08:50

Just ignore. I always fill them in as my guy is excellent and they do see them at the end of the day.

It’s really not a big deal

I'm fed up with every single company doing this. It's not just Evri, it's every company thinking you should leave them a review after you've purchased something. I'm sick of it. I pay enough money, I shouldn't have to your cheerleader too.
If I have a problem with your service, I'll contact you myself, I don't need you to constantly hassle me to leave a review on whatever site.
The worst thing is, if you ignore the emails from Evri and all the other companies, they just keep hassling you - surely, that's just spamming you and shouldn't be allowed?

GatherlyGal · 25/06/2025 08:55

I'm with you OP. I can't bear the incessant requests for feedback for everything and everyone.

We left a parcel on your doorstep and managed to get the right doorstep. How did we do? Was it great for you?

Yes I bought the bin liners. No I do not have time to spend writing about my experience with the bin liners.

MeringueOutang · 25/06/2025 08:58

I wouldn't mind if they actually acted on the one problem I keep having with the Evri driver, that he keeps dumping my parcels in stupid places around my property instead of knocking on the door, and then I don't find my parcels for ages and they get wet. But when I gave them feedback they ignored it and it's still happening.
Places can fuck off asking for feedback then not actually doing anything about it when they get some.

Did you check their privacy notice first? I've had real issues with companies claiming legitimate interest or contract legal basis for fairly dubious reasons, in my opinion. Normal marketing emails should be consent, and unsubscribe, but I wonder if EVRI will claim these emails to be part of the contract data processing.
