Just out of interest I tend to have a chocolate or sweet dessert every evening. Eat healthy breakfast (porridge) dinner (salad) and a cooked supper of some sort but always want a sweet item to finish it off.... I don't snack on sweets chocolate, fizzy pop etc otherwise....im not overweight etc just curious. is this acceptable?

This is such a non issue! Sorry, OP, don’t mean to be snarky, but why are you even thinking about it?

Acceptable to who? Who is the arbiter?

Lmnop22 · 24/06/2025 22:21

This is fine. There are far less healthy habits than a sweet treat after dinner each evening.

Remeber, everything in moderation including moderation!

You are allowed to have a pudding it is fine not everything has to.have "health benefits" a bit of what you like is probably good for your mental health,

Thanks. I just worry about my dental health but a sweet treat gives me a fix in the evening after draining work schedules!
