Ok, put loads of stuff up on Vinted. All clothing items and all posted the next day in those grey plastic postage bags with the self adhesive strip, you know the ones that most clothing items you purchase will come in. One of my items arrived to the buyer with a hole ripped in the plastic which (looked like it had obvs got caught on something) and it had damaged the item inside. This has obviously happened in transit via the postage service (it was either Evri or Yodel). Vinted gave the buyer a refund but has left me out of pocket saying I hadn’t packaged the item properly. I am fuming! I have tried to explain the situation to them but they are having none of it! Arrrggghhh!!! I guess the AIBU is should I expect to receive some compensation?
