Mumsnet app still playing up

I posted last week about the app burning my battery down quickly and my phone getting hot when I’m on it.

the pages are freezing and sticking and I then get a blank screen and it kicks me out.

my app is up to date

I noticed others here saying they were having troubles last week but is anyone still having troubles ?

I’m not using the app but am still having problems. It’s annoying,

I’m sure it’s the ads so nothing will get done.

Mines still the same, can only use for about 10 minutes before my phone starts to overheat and pages freeze 🤷🏼‍♀️

Why are you using the app then?

I hate how the mobile site works and love the app instead but I never clicked that my current battery drainage issues might have been due to MN. I play Pokémon Go a lot when I’m out so that does kill the battery but when I’m trying to save it I’ve been scrolling MN and still had my battery dying quickly. I just assumed it was Pokémon being in the background.

I don’t like using the app. Their normal site is slow & glitching

Absolutely not just the app. I have to keep closing and reopening on Safari.

Update it’s bad again today.

driving me nuts.
