Worried about this strange rash on my torso.

I do have some issues with health anxiety , but I noticed this spot on my abdomen earlier. It won’t fade under a glass so now I’ve convinced myself I’ve got meningitis.
I have a slightly sore throat and blocked nose but I thought that was hay fever and I do feel very tired , but that’s it.

Looks like a bruise, as if you've caught the skin somehow.

I came to say shingles, as it’s always shingles. Do you mean the single mark or the line of marks underneath? Does it hurt?

Impossible to tell from that photo what it is . Looks very small and like a scratch. It wouldn’t worry me

I'm a meningitis survivor and I can assure you, if you had meningitis you'd be feeling very unwell. If the picture you've shared is all the spots you have, then it looks no more than a scratch. If that was all over you or was spreading, then you'd probably need to be more concerned. It's possible it's the start of Shingles, especially if you are a little under the weather. If you go to see the pharmacist, they should be able to tell you what it is.
