I feel your rage. I've been there. I got a text off my mum this morning 'are you working today?' pissed me off. Long story too.

It's a fabulous day for rage gardening. Dump a bucket of water on the fuckers (plants) or throw the water at them while shouting 'fuck youuuu'. Also works when pruning as you snip the life away from them.

I’m with you with menopause and chronic pain sadly. Also didn’t have nearly enough sleep as have been awake since 3.30am because I’m so shitting hot and uncomfortable.
